TUT Quotations – Distance Education

Prospective students, please note: No quotation will be issued unless your Application for Admission was approved and you were accordingly informed in writing.

Should you require a quote after the approval of your admission application or if you are a senior student, it is necessary to submit a request via fax or email. This request should encompass the following details:

  • Student number
  • Surname and initials
  • ID number
  • E-mail address (Compulsory)
  • Cell phone number
  • Course code or description
  • The subjects you need to be quoted for

You can expect to receive the quotation via email within five (5) business days following the reception of your written inquiry.

If you’ve already completed online subject registration for either the 1st or 2nd semester, requesting a quotation subsequently will hold no significance. If you require a financial statement that encompasses the subjects you’ve registered for, along with their respective prices and any outstanding balance, kindly make your request to the Financial Department using the email addresses provided below: odendaalk@tut.ac.za or moremp@tut.ac.za

NOTE:  All emailed and faxed inquiries, requests, or applications must be accompanied by a legible copy of your identification document. If you fail to include a copy of your ID document, your inquiry will be disregarded.
