REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric
- Degree in Facilities Management or B. Degree: Civil Engineering
- A valid driver’s licence is compulsory
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in Facilities Management and OHSA & Project Management
- Experience in building environment and Occupational Health & Safety environment projects
- Knowledge of the Public Service Act and Regulations
- Occupational Health and Safety Act Immovable Asset Management Act
- Knowledge of telephone Management systems, Fire control systems and facilities management systems
- Marketing research skills; Internet usage skills

DUTIES:
Infrastructure and estate management: Monitor the facility’s utilization rate; Ensure adequate classrooms, offices and boardrooms; Ensure workshops are installed with effective modern equipment; Monitor maintenance plan for all the equipment in the college; Assess the progress towards the achievement of strategic targets of the college; Provision of secure and safe learning context monitored;

REQUIREMENTS:
Matric / Grade 12
- Degree in Supply Chain Management / Public Management / Public Administration / Logistics / Purchasing Management
- A valid driver’s licence is compulsory
- 3-5 years experience in a Supply Chain Management environment
- 3 years of supervisory experience in a Supply Chain Management environment
- Knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA)
- Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (PPPFMA)
- Treasury Regulations; Procurement directives and procedures; as well as other related prescripts

REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric / Grade 12
- 3-Year degree in Business Administration, Information System/Technology, Public Administration
- 5 years experience in the Administration/Data management environment
- A valid driver’s licence is compulsory
- 3 Years of supervisory experience in the Administration environment
- Knowledge of registry duties, practices as well as the ability to process information, and assist with data management
