Waterberg TVET College Application Process 2025

Go to the courses offered and choose one or two courses you would like to study
Get your latest academic results
Get your ID Copy / Study permit and passport copy if you are not a South African Citizen
Get a copy of your proof of residence
Get your next of kin ID Copy
If disabled, get your medical Certificate proving your disability
All your documents must be certified (Certified documents should not be older than 3 months)

Please note that you can choose to send an application without supporting documents but you should upload the supporting documents on or before the closing date of applications to avoid being automatically disqualified. Kindly scan the documents as individual pdf files (in black and white) or visit your nearest Waterberg TVET College site to scan them for you

Admission Requirements for Waterberg TVET College Second Semester Application 2025-2026

All qualified applicants wanting to study at the College must make sure they have the following available before attempting to apply:

A unique/valid Email address and cellphone number
3 certified copies of the ID of the Parent/Legal Guardian
3 certified copies of the ID of the Learner
South African applicants will need an ID number. Foreign applicants will need their passport numbers.
Copy of your school qualifications (eg Senior Certificate)
A certified copy of your latest results/Grade 9 or Higher;
Proof of Residence.

SAQA-approved foreign qualifications
Proof of medical insurance or cover
Valid study permit
