Acceptance is based upon capacity as determined by the Student Enrollment Plan (SEP) and the availability of clinical student posts at the several HPCSA-accredited cooperative clinical training sites. A waiting list will be established after a program is filled to provide applicants the chance to take the spots of individuals who were unable to register in time. Candidates may apply if they have completed a relevant national diploma at NQF Level 6, graduated, and then gone on to work in industry. Candidates must adhere to an articulation procedure whereby 50% of the credits from a completed and awarded national diploma will be waived.
