TUT Bridging Courses 2024-2025: Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) offers bridging courses to help students meet the minimum requirements for admission into degree programs. The purpose of bridging courses is to provide students with the necessary knowledge and skills needed to succeed in their degree programs.

TUT’s bridging courses are designed to help students who did not meet the minimum admission requirements for their chosen program. These courses are offered in subjects such as Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and English. They are specifically designed to provide students with a strong foundation in these subjects and prepare them for the academic rigours of their chosen degree program.

Bridging courses typically run for a period of one semester and are taught by experienced faculty members. Upon successful completion of the bridging course, students will be able to meet the minimum admission requirements for their chosen degree program.

TUT Bridging Courses 2024-2025

The Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) is renowned for its commitment to providing accessible and inclusive education. TUT offers a range of bridging courses across various disciplines, including

These courses are designed to cater to the diverse needs of students and ensure they have the necessary foundation to succeed in their chosen fields.

TUT Bridging Courses 2024-2025 Entrance Requirements

The following entry requirements were agreed upon by the above parties that signed the memorandum of understanding:

  • Registration as an environmental health practitioner (independent practice) at the HPCSA
  • Employed by a Municipality as an environmental health practitioner
  • Successful completion of a peace officers course
The focus will be placed on delegates for the following three provinces: Gauteng, Mpumalanga, Limpopo- and North West provinces respectively. To ensure equal opportunity among delegates from the respective geographical areas a maximum of 4 delegates per Municipality per contact time will be allowed.

​The contact time of the programme will be 5 days X 8 hours (5 days). It will be non-credit bearing.
