South West TVET College Second Semester Registration Date 2025-2026

South West TVET College has set a registration deadline for applicants to apply for the 2025-2026 Second semester applications. The online application for South West TVET College is open in June and closes in July. Applicants must make sure they apply before the closing date.

Admission Requirements for South West Gauteng TVET College Second Semester Registration 2025-2026

All qualified applicants wanting to study at the College must make sure they have the following available before attempting to apply:

A unique/valid Email address and cellphone number
3 certified copies of the ID of the Parent/Legal Guardian
3 certified copies of the ID of the Learner
South African applicants will need an ID number. Foreign applicants will need their passport numbers.
Copy of your school qualifications (eg Senior Certificate)
A certified copy of your latest results/Grade 9 or Higher;
Proof of Residence.

Foreign students

Certified copies of passport
SAQA-approved foreign qualifications
Proof of medical insurance or cover
Valid study permit

How To Register Online At Ekurhuleni West TVET College 2025-2026

Visit the official website of Ekurhuleni West TVET College at www.ewc.edu.za
Navigate to the student portal and Click on “Register”
Sign in to the student portal with your credentials; student number and password
Complete the online registration form with the required information which includes, personal details, Qualifications and courses you wish to register for.
Select your preferred courses and modules
Upload certified copies of required supporting documents
Make a payment of your registration fee (if applicable)
Submit your completed form for registration.

Please note: A registration fee as well as a deposit is payable upon registration. No cash will be taken at the Campus. A tailor-made deposit slip must be obtained from the Campus. The registration number provided by the Campus must appear on the deposit slip as the reference number. Students will only be registered upon proof of payment.

Proof of payment should be handed in at the Campus.

All payments must be deposited into the bank account of the College at ABSA BANK. The outstanding balance must be paid in full before the commencement of the National examinations.
