Elangeni TVET College Vacancies 2025

Experienced service providers are hereby invited to for the expression of interest in the development, design and hosting of the college website

Elangeni TVET College is seeking a web design service provider to:

Develop, Design and Host the College’s new website. (Detailed requirements and Scope of work will be provided on the day of the Compulsory briefing session ).
To display a full range of functions and services offered by the College on the website
To present an appealing, user-friendly accessible and optimized website
The hosting will be for 36 months: The provider must provide a proposal to host the website, platform and all content.
Provide backup: The provider must ensure efficient up-time of the website. The website, platform and all data must be regularly backed up.
Training: The provider must factor in Training key personnel to manage and maintain the website.
Provide Website Support: Support will be for 24 months: The supplier must provide support in terms of the website and platform, and assistance to the team in maintaining the website.
Search Engine Optimization – The developer must ensure optimal SEO for the website to achieve top ranking on all popular search engines.

NOTE:

Providers must attend a compulsory initial briefing session to understand the Scope of Work which will be provided in the briefing meeting.
Only providers who attend the briefing session will qualify to submit the proposal.
Suppliers with a background and experience of a similar nature will be more advantageous to have their proposals considered.
SCM processes will be further explained during the briefing

Compulsory briefing session: 14 June at 11h00, 15 Portsmouth Road Pinetown

Closing Date for submission of proposal: June at 11h00
